Baton Rouge Presentation

On July 27, 2023, our coordinator, Donna Desoto, had the privilege to present in the capital the results of the tireless efforts of multiple years worth of work to reduce underage drinking in Avoyelles Parish! Combined with the efforts of multiple organizations, businesses, and individuals our youth are much safer now that we are no longer in the top 10 in the state for underage drinking. The work will continue, however, not only to maintain this tremendous accomplishment, but also to tackle a growing problem nation-wide regarding opioids. (Photography Credit: Wright Studios, LLC)
